A LETTER FROM OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear D’Vine Path Friends and Families,
As we step into a brand new year, I am holding a deep sense of gratitude and hope.
The start of a new year feels like a fresh breath and a clean page. It is a moment to look back at what we have built together and to look ahead at what is possible when a community shows up with love, consistency, and belief.
At D’Vine Path, new is not just a date on the calendar. New is a student trying something for the first time and realizing they can do it. New is a friendship forming in the garden rows. New is the moment someone discovers a strength they did not know they had and begins to see themselves differently.
This year, we have so much to look forward to.
We are welcoming new projects that will expand how we teach, how we grow, and how we create opportunities for our students. We are building and improving spaces that support hands-on learning, keep our students safe and comfortable year round, and give them room to explore real world vocational paths in agriculture, culinary, florals, hospitality, and the arts. These projects are practical, but they are also deeply personal, because every improvement we make is really about one thing. Helping our students grow into the fullest version of who they are.
And that is what inspires me most as we begin this year. Our students.
Every day, I get to witness determination in its purest form. I see students who keep showing up, even when something is hard. I see them learning not only skills, but confidence. I see them discovering purpose, building independence, and finding a place where they truly belong.
Their potential is not just something we talk about. It is real, and it is unfolding right in front of us.
This year will bring new lessons, new goals, new milestones, and new opportunities to celebrate. It will bring more hands in the soil, more growth in the kitchen, more creativity in the studio, and more connection across our community. It will bring moments that remind us why this work matters and why your support makes such a lasting difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for believing in our students, for cheering them on, and for investing in their future. Because of you, D’Vine Path continues to be a place where people of all abilities can find meaning, purpose, and joy.
Here is to new beginnings and to everything this year has in store.
With gratitude,
Lenila Batali
