Ben McCoy

Ben McCoy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and focused his academic studies on land-use law, land planning, environmental law and environmental sciences.  He has earned a reputation in the San Diego region for the wealth of experience, dedication, and market knowledge he brings to his clients as a Realtor and Agent Mentor at Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. A highlight was being part of the team facilitating the purchase of the new D’Vine Path farm and vineyard in 2021.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys watching and supporting his two daughters while they thrive in school, dance, musical theater, and horseback riding. He’s proud to support numerous non-profit organizations such as Agents of Change by donating a portion from each home sale to help build homes for families in Mexico. The highlight was travelling to Rosarito, B.C. to help construct a complete home in one day and having the honor to present the keys to the new owners. Ben’s also active with the parent teacher organizations at each of his daughter’s schools, contributing time and financial support to help fund extra programs like STEAM and art. Ben also enjoys his creative outlet of landscape photography, drone and video creation.
