Christal Gaines-Emory
Media Coordinator
Born and raised in Fallbrook, CA, Christal joined D’Vine Path in 2020 after graduating from Fallbrook high school. She is currently attending California State University Long Beach for her Bachelor’s Degree in journalism and has an Associate’s Degree in human development.
She is Editor-in-Chief of the CSULB newspaper, the Daily Forty-Niner, and Christal has been working in the journalism industry for multiple years. After working with the disabled children in junior high and high school, Christal became passionate about supporting this community in any way she could. She joined the CREW club at Fallbrook High, helping to support disabled students and help them feel welcome on campus, then became Vice President of the club her senior year. American Sign Language is her second language, and she has helped to teach the
students and staff ASL in the past.
Christal looks forward to continuing to showcase the beauty of the D’Vine Path family in local media outlets and raise awareness for the disabled community.
